Get Involved --

you can support the CDSN Project by contributing data, serving on a CWQMC committee, hosting/sponsoring a SWAP, or making a donation. It takes dedication, innovation, data, time, and money to sustain a resilient data sharing network for all of Colorado.

To Support CDSN You Can Contribute --

Contribute funding (Cash $$) - ANY amount helps!

Just 'click' on our secure on-line donate button:

Your contribution will help everyone who is working toward enhancing, protecting, and conserving water quality, watersheds, and the dependent ecosystems provide better and more accessible water quality data statewide. Whether you are a water utility, private citizen, watershed or stakeholder group, Non Point Source Program participant, local government, state or federal agency, consultant, or project proponent, you benefit from a strong and active CWQMC and our activities from mentoring watershed organizations, coordinating the Colorado Data Sharing Network (CDSN), and providing individual and group trainings on data management.
Please consider what the services of the Council and the CDSN are worth to you and your organization. Since January 2012, CDSN has been able to provide a state-of-the-art WQX-compatible data management system, storing over 2.3 Million data records for over 65 entities with over 11,000 Colorado monitoring locations, and also provide the CDSN custom-designed Exceedance Mapper & GIS Utility for $1 Million less than it would cost each data partner to provide these tools individually over the same time period!

Become a CDSN data partner -- manage and share your water quality data with CDSN's tools.

Our Ambient Water Quality Monitoring System (AWQMS) web-based data management system is compatible with the EPA National Data Warehouse Water Quality Exchange (WQX). AWQMS handles chemical, physical, biological, habitat, and toxicity data along with habitat assessment and metric scores, and biological index scores. Core functions include building queries; uploading, updating, or deleting data records; submitting data to EPA National Data Warehouse (WQX) without reformatting data; creating reports, charts, and graphs; and exporting data into a single flat file or cross-tab excel file. Your data contributions will enhance Colorado's water quality information and save everyone time and money.
